Saturday Snapshot is a way to get a little peek into each other's lives. You can post some snap shots you or a friend or family member et cetera took and write a little bit about them.
My mom and I made a cake yesterday because I felt like baking. We had a boxed mix for Apple Caramel Cake. Here is the cake before it was baked,
And the cake after it was baked.
Keeping with the food theme, here is our dinner tonight. Asian Seared Shrimp, Avocado and Corn Salad with a Lemon Vinaigrette and Lemon Pepper Garlic Bread.
In writing news, this is the finished rough draft of My Heart is Yours. My mom used a machine at her job to bind it for me. And I designed a little cover type thing. (Not what would end up the final cover, just a little something to put on the copies of the drafts.)
